Kareem El-Heneidi, President
Kareem El-Heneidi is founding partner of Connectivity
Services, Inc. in 1994 under the name West Street communications,
Inc. as a subsidiary of what is today The Arjay Group
of Companies and subsequently spun off forming Connectivity
Services, Inc. in October 1998 as sweeping Telecom Deregulation
laws created competition for local access voice and data
services.
Mr. El-Heneidi brings to Connectivity
Services, Inc. over ten years of experience in telecommunications
technology and six years in property management as well
as multiple new technology ventures. Positions with leading
wireless distributors Arjay Telecommunications, Inc. &
American Connections, LLC as Director of Operations, prior
to that Director of Marketing for Quantum Light, Advanced
Microscope Project (Q-LAMP), Ithaca, NY.
Mr. El-Heneidi holds a B.S. in Economics
and Finance from Babson College, Wellesley, MA. He is
a member and attends of the International Business Group,
Building Industry Consulting Services International (BICSI),
and the New York City Economic Development Corp.

Katina Cingari, Operations
Katina Cingari entered the telecom industry in 1998 when
she joined West Street Communications, which later formed
Connectivity Services, Inc. Ms. Cingari brought a strong
analytical background to the company and has utilized
that background to help build the operations department
for Connectivity Services, Inc.
Prior to entering the telecom industry Ms. Cingari received
her B.A. in both Biology and Spanish from Binghamton University.
She is currently completing her masters thesis for
her M.S. in Forensic Science from John Jay College of
Criminal Justice.
